Issue Update

It’s been a minute since I’ve had a chance to really write anything interesting blog wise, but don’t fret my efforts have been focused on our next issue, so I thought I might throw an update as to what you can expect from the upcoming release:

We are expanding the local wine cellars, some small, some large, and all awesome

Our wine and food pairings are getting a facelift to be a little more “real”

We have rotated some panel tasters and contributors so to broaden options and opinions

For the basics we are covering storage and serving

There is a plethora of side bars about the holidays and wine

So this is just a cliff note on you can expect from Cork IT! Next time, and I’m still collect and writing to keep as many views and help you stay informed….
